Foster Cats or Kittens
Providing temporary care in your home gives vulnerable cats a safe space to grow, heal, and thrive. You don’t need experience, just compassion. We’ll support you every step of the way.
Fosters are expected to provide food, water, and a safe, loving home, while Squid’s Kittens covers all medical care and veterinary costs. Because fostering is a meaningful commitment, all prospective fosters complete an application and brief interview so we can ensure the best fit for both you and the cats.

Whether you’re helping at events, transporting cats to appointments, supporting adoptions, assisting with cleaning and care, managing social media, or simply giving much-needed kitten cuddles, there’s a role for every schedule and skill set. We also love partnering with those who have professional expertise, design, marketing, photography, legal, or business skills, to help our mission grow stronger and reach more lives. Donate Supplies
Kittens need cozy beds, formula, toys, and more. Check out our wishlist, it’s a direct way to support daily life at the rescue. While we do have an Amazon wishlist since many people find it easiest, we prefer donations through Chewy when possible, as the company aligns more closely with our values.
We do not currently accept drop-off donations.
